We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Eligible Items
- Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible for free returns.
- Clothing, footwear, and accessories may be exchanged for size/style.
- Non-returnable items include clearance products, personal care items, cosmetics, and hygiene-sensitive goods.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds for online payments will be issued to the original payment method.
- Customers may choose store credit for faster resolution.
4. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are covered by us if the item is defective or incorrect.
- For size/style exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
5. How to Request a Return
- Log in to your account and submit a return request through our Self-Serve Returns Portal.
- Provide order details and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
